Complete electrical oil preheater

The GreenOil compact preheater is an electrical thermostat controlled heater that can be installed with different types of GreenOil offline filtration systems. The GreenOil preheater is specifically designed for heating oils. the preheater has a very low surface load which eliminates the risk of damaging the oil during the heating process.

To improve efficiency, the stainless steel preheater has an additional and protected layer of insulation. The preheater is equipped with a mechanical thermostat, a safety circuit brekaer and a thermometer. The preheater supports both 230 VAC and 3x400/440 VAC power supply and the electrical connection is carried out in the built on terminal box.

Functions
The GreenOil preheater comprises of an oil chamber and an electrical heating element. The oil continuously feeds through the oil chamber where the electrical preheater increase the temperature before returning to the system.
