The Greenoil mobile system is used for maintenance or emergency filtration of EAL bio, lubrication, hydraulic and gear. the system removes free and emulsified water and particles, varnish and oxidation residues in the system.

Functions
The system comprises of a preheater, pump and motor unit together with a GreenOil filter and a calescher system.
Oil passes through the preheater to increase the oil temperature. The pump continuously feeds the oil through the filter, where particles are removed. the oil is then transfered to the coalescher element, which effectively removes water in the oil. the oil the returns to the system.

All particle filtration is performed using the GreenOil range of filters. This results in having the cleanest possible oil ready for use. the filter insert is replaced without the use of tool,oil spill or physical contact with the oil.
