Oil filter unit with circulation pump

The WP1-P2-750 filter unit is used for continuous off-line filtration of engine, transmission and hydraulic oils.

The filter unit is used widely in the maritime business and in the industry to obtain optimal operating conditions and longer life-times for engines, equipment and plants.
The WP1-P2-750 is used for oil cleaning in oil sumps and tanks, and the system is highly suitable for batch refining of new oils before use.

Functions

Basically the system consists of a pump, and 3 GreenOil filters.
The WP1 operates independently of the engine or the hydraulic plant to which it is connected. The build–in pump continuously feeds the oil through the filter inserts, and back to the reservoir.

Particle filtration is performed with the GreenOil range of filer inserts. Typical cleanliness levels is obtained down to ISO4406 class 12/10/7 or NAS class 4. The oil quality is then suited for very sensitive hydraulic systems and for application in high pressure systems.

Filter insert is replaced without the use of tools and without physical contact with the oil.
Unit comes with Drip tray standard. Start/Stop panel is optional.
